Meet the Team

  • J. Dean Allen

    J. Dean Allen is OneSource Lending’s Chief Business Development Officer and Relationship Manager.  He also supports and participates in the operations of the business to ensure that the processes of lending functions are completed in a timely and effective manner.  Dean has over 20 years of commercial lending experience and has a broad network in the industry, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for RiverHills Bank, where he has led the bank to a Top 6 SBA lender in Greater Cincinnati for the past three years, and #2 in 2023.

  • Joe Leonardi

    Joe Leonardi is OneSource Lending’s Chief Credit Analyst and Systems Manager where he is responsible for managing all lending systems and processes as well as credit analysis for each lending function offered.  Joe has over 12 years of commercial credit risk experience as Senior Vice President and Credit Manager of RiverHills Bank. Under Joe’s leadership, RiverHills Bank has boasted exceptional credit quality and has achieved the best risk ratings by all governing organizations.
